Voting Question: Where can I get birth control without my parents permission at age 16?

I want to get on birth control for a few reasons: 1) when i get my period my cramps get so bad that I have to stay home from school sometimes. and 2) I'm considering having sex with my boyfriend. but my I don't want my parents to know, and I don't know if we have any family planning places around where I live.
